KYB / KYC

This page describes the information and documents needed for our KYB & KYC

The KYB and KYC is provided by Sumsub.

KYB

All company accounts must go through our KYB flow. The first user setting up the company account will be asked to provide the following information and documents:

• Company name

• Registration number

• Legal address

• Certificate of incorporation

• Shareholders registry

• UBOs (owning more than 25%)

  • UBOs will receive a link via e-mail to identify themselves on Sumsub through video identification

KYC for first user setting up company account

All first users setting up the company account must go through our live video identification provided by Sumsub.

KYC for additional user

All additional users invited to the company account will need to verify themselves on Sumsub by uploading a copy of their ID or passport.
